Time Fries creates separate Mobile Keywords for each franchise location: “TFSD” for its San Diego branch and “TFNY” for the New York Branch.
As customers opt in, they are sorted by the keyword they texted.
During the summer, Time Fries launches a company-wide “2Hot2Handle” campaign. It sends a coupon for $2 off its Jalapeño Burger to the TFSD opt-in list, while offering free fries to the TFNY customers who visited three times during the last quarter.
