Two-Way Cross-Channel Communication
Exchanging text messages with your audience is now easier and more convenient. Trumpia's Cross-Channel Email-To-SMS feature lets you send messages directly from your email or even from a custom computer program to mobile phone numbers. It's as simple as sending out an email addressed to a recipient's phone number with a special Trumpia domain address in the "Send To" field.
If your in-house software program needs an ability to send SMS text messages, you have a choice of using SMTP as well as HTTP interface. It gives you the power of being able to send mobile text messages from any software program with help of your software developer.
Email-To-SMS combines the effectiveness of two popular communication technologies: email and text messaging. Send text messages from any device via email, and they will be sent via the short code assigned to your account instead of your personal phone number. Send out alerts, notifications and internal announcements as mobile text messages without leaving your favorite email inbox or having to log into your Trumpia account on the go.
When the responses arrive in your Trumpia inbox, they are automatically forwarded to your registered email address. Respond to the inbound email messages just as quickly by simply clicking "reply", and your response automatically gets sent back as an SMS message. This Cross-Platform feature gives you the convenience of working directly within your personal email inbox and not having to log into your Trumpia account every time.

In the "Send To" field, type in your contact's email address in the format of +[Country Code][Mobile Number]@SMSfromEmail.com.
Type your message in the main body of the email you are composing. When sent, the message will be formatted as [organization name]: [SMS message body].
If the customer replies, the inbound SMS message goes to your Trumpia inbox. It will then be forwarded to your email.
If you respond to the email, it will automatically forward an SMS mobile text message.
