  1. How do I change my credit card on file?

    To change your credit card on file, contact Trumpia Support during business hours (Weekdays 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific, Weekends 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific.) Or, you can submit a support request through your reseller control panel.

  3. What is an Email DSP, and do I need one?

    An Email DSP is an Email Dedicated Server Plan, and is only required if you wish to provide Email Marketing for your customers. With a dedicated email server, you and your customers have the freedom to send emails without any restrictions.

    Resellers are not automatically granted an Email DSP because it does require an additional cost, and not all resellers are interested in providing more than SMS marketing capabilities.

    For resellers who do not wish to obtain an Email DSP, you will be provided with a shared email server, which allows you to send administrative emails from the reseller platform.

  4. What is the message approval process? Why is my customer's message being flagged? Do I have to do anything?

    All messages are monitored for SPAM and reviewed by our team for any violations against Terms of Use before being sent to the intended recipients.

    If your customer's message gets flagged, the message is being reviewed for SPAM or other violations. The approval process takes anywhere from 5-7 minutes, and the message will be automatically sent to intended recipients upon approval.

    You, as the reseller, are not required to do anything before, during, or after the approval process. Please note that although 5-7 minutes is the standard approval time, the process may take longer depending on the volume of messages being sent.
