Common Administrative Tasks

We are committed to working closely with you to promptly resolve any issues you may come across. Please review the following details to familiarize yourself with common administrative tasks:

  1. Contacting Trumpia Support

    Our support team is available 7 days a week. To get assistance, you can either:

    • Call 1-888-707-3030 weekdays from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific, and weekends from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific to speak directly with a technical support representative.
    • Create a Support Ticket through your reseller control panel (under the Customer Management tab), and you'll receive a response on the same page shortly thereafter.
  2. How to Change your Account Information

    If at any point in time you need to change or update your account information like company name, domain name, company address, or username, we need to have those changes on record. Download the Change of Information Form (as of March 2012), print and complete the form legibly, and sign your name by hand. Then simply scan a copy and email it to .

  3. How to Unlock your Reseller Account

    If you have been locked out of your reseller control panel, it may be due to one or more of the following violations:

    • Failed Monthly Reseller Payments
    • Credit Use Overages on the Account
    • Violation(s) of Terms of Use
    • Copyright Infringement

If you have not committed any of these violations but still cannot access your control panel, contact us directly at 1-888-707-3030 to resolve this issue. If a lockout occurs after business hours, email .
